Are there really no per-label fees?

No. One flat monthly price covers unlimited labels, rates, tracking and address validation across every supported carrier. No tiers, no per-label charges, no per-tracking charges.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial is the full version of RocketShipIt, not a demo. Nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel from your account page at any time before then and you won't be billed.

Do I need my own carrier accounts?

Yes. RocketShipIt connects to the carriers using your own accounts, so you get your negotiated rates and the carrier bills you for postage as usual. We never mark up shipping.

Does RocketShipIt communicate directly with the carrier?

Yes. When self-hosted, RocketShipIt runs on your server and talks directly to the shipping carrier, which gives you the fastest possible response times and privacy.

Is RocketShipIt secure?

Yes. When self-hosted, shipping data goes from your servers to the carrier over TLS and is never shared with anyone else, including us. Your credit card is charged securely offsite via Stripe.
